If your IT department is just starting out, or your company is going through rapid growth, I will help you determine what sort of Service Desk you need to provide your customers. If you already have a help desk, I will work with you to establish a strategy for improvement of the service by assessing appropriate technologies and upgrade paths.

Networking

If your IT requirements are too small for you to need dedicated support staff, I can set up your computers and networking systems and provide you with documentation to allow you to be self-managing backed up by me with assistance and support. With wireless networking being adopted widely, networking can be nearly cable-free and completely hassle-free, but requires more precautions when setting up.

  • Connection to Broadband (subject to availability in your area) and other networking of all your computers
  • Advice and sourcing of Computers, printers, scanners etc.
